هذا المصطلح بالإنجليزية Talk Therapy شديد الحضور مستقلا ، وأيضا كجزء أساسى وجوهرى فى كثير مما يسمى  العلاح النفسى من أول العلاج السلوكى  Behavior therapy   وحتى التحليل النفسى والعلاج الدينامى النفسى Psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapyمرورا بالعلاج المعرفى Cognitive therapy والعلاج الإنسانى Humanistic therapy والعلاج التكاملى  Integrative therapy، فهل هذا يعنى فعلا أن كل هذه العلاجات تستعمل الكلام كوسيلة أساسية فى التطبيق والممارسة؟

 وهل  يمكن أن يكون الكلام ليس هو الوسيلة الأولى للتواصل فى كثير مما يسمى العلاج؟

بل: هل يمكن أن يكون الكلام أحيانا عائقا معطلا للنمو فى العلاج النفسى (والعلاج عامة) ؟، ومتى يكون الكلام إيجابيا وضروريا، ومتى يكون سلبيا ومعوقا ؟

هذه الورقة تحاول الإجابة عن بعض ذلك من واقع ممارستنا الخاصة فى ثقافتنا المختلفة.

Psychoanalysis and psychodynamic   therapy is using different methods and approaches through talking so that the  therapist can tailor a treatment plan specifically consist of a tight working relationship between the therapist and the patient. Talking to a Therapist ON LINE: Nowadays everything can be done on the internet. On the internet, you can find and talk to a therapist online, where your sessions, treatment, and recovery are all handled from your home computer.
